Amplifyre does not claim ownership over the music you rank or list; all rights remain with the respective copyright owners.

Amplifyre may display links, embeds, or references to third-party services (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube).

Amplifyre is not responsible for third-party content or services and does not grant any rights to such material.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app.

Amplifyre reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

We make no guarantees about uninterrupted or error-free service, nor about the accuracy of user-submitted content.

Amplifyre is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use Amplifyre in the past 12 months.
